IP Law360 Notes Kelley Drye in UPSTO Appeal

Kelley Drye was noted in an IP Law360 article titled Appeals Court Grills Patent Office Over Rules.” The article discussed the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit regarding the new rules for unexamined patent applications. USPTO is seeking to reverse a lower court’s decision that ruled in favor of GlaxoSmithKline and Dr. Triantafyllos Tafas to void the new rules. Kelley Drye represented Dr. Tafas in this case.
