Fox News’s Neil Cavuto Interviews Partner Lauri A. Mazzuchetti on the Obama Administration’s Decision to Delay Key Components of the Affordable Care Act
July 9, 2013

Partner Lauri A. Mazzuchetti was interviewed during the Fox News program, Your World Cavuto, regarding the legal implications of President Obama's proposed changes to the Affordable Care Act. Ms. Mazzuchetti argued that the President is charged with executing the laws and does not have the authority to change them or pick and choose which laws to enforce. As a result, the President's actions to order a delay of at least nine provisions of the healthcare law have put us on a slippery slope when it comes to executive power.
