Lew Rose, firm managing partner, was quoted in the National Law Journal article “Law Firms, Courts Brace for Pope’s D.C. Visit.” The article looks at how major D.C. law firms and courts are preparing their employees for the traffic, road closures, and other disruption expected during the Pope’s three day visit next week. “We may call an audible the day before,” said Rose. Of 25 large firms surveyed by NLJ, 10 said they either hadn’t made a decision yet or would allow flexibility to their staffs. Others will be open for business as usual.
