Firm Chairman John Callagy was quoted in an ABA Newsletter titled "Alberto Gonzales and E-Mails: Is Silence Golden?"
The article discusses how many government leaders avoid email as a method of communication. In the article, Mr. Callagy explains
that email writing can be used as evidence in litigation even if the ideas described never come to fruition. Mr. Callagy advises,
"Rather than not using it (email) at all, you have to be very careful what you write."
