Firm Chairman Authors Article and Participates in Interview

Firm Chairman John Callagy authored an article for the Washington Legal Foundation regarding the viability of the attorney-client privilege. Mr. Callagy addressed the concern by analyzing the extent to which the government has been asserting their interest in acquiring information that could significantly help the prosecution and/or trial of parties responsible for securities fraud, and how it appears to diminish defendants’ rights to confidential legal advice. Mr. Callagy was also interviewed for a Q&A section of on his experience as a law firm leader and his advice for young lawyers.
