Partner David H. Evans was featured in the Dealreporter article ​“Trump antitrust policy seen as wild card - GW Bush or the next Teddy Roosevelt?” The article notes that President-elect Donald Trump’s merger enforcement policy could follow one of two trajectories, in part dependent on how much emphasis he places on the issue. Mr. Evans says, ​“There are no real meaningful statements on his enforcement goals.
