David Frulla Mentioned in Bloomberg News Article

Partner David Frulla was mentioned in a Bloomberg News article about a Department of Homeland Security immigration rule that could force companies to terminate workers whose Social Security numbers do not match up with their names in a federal data base. Business groups against the rule are hoping that a U.S. court will block the rule, arguing that the government did not consider the regulations impact on small businesses. The article noted that according to Mr. Frulla, who has argued a dozen review actions against the agencies, in the past judges blocked rules because of the small-business review in at least four cases. The article also ran in the Washington Post.
