In a survey of resources companies can use to stay abreast of privacy developments, Computerworld listed Kelley Drye among firms offering “excellent, succinct analysis of developments in data privacy, security and retention.” The article, titled “Privacy-Information Services: The Free, the Cheap and the Pricey,” provided recommendations for where companies can gather the information they need to keep their organizations compliant with privacy laws. Under the “free sources” category, the article recommended client advisories produced by Kelley Drye’s Privacy and Information Security practice group for developments in privacy law.
