Chicago Partner Interviewed on WB’s ​“First Business”

An interview with Partner Julian Solotorovsky regarding the rise in white collar crime and the courts’ sentencing of high profile executives appeared on WB’s ​“First Business.” Mr. Solotorovsky attributed the recent focus on white collar crime, in part, to the fall of the stock market in 2000, which put pressure on many companies such as WorldCom, and in turn resulted in greater emphasis by the government on investigation of corporate fraud at these affected companies. Mr. Solotorovsky further stated that the tolerance of our society for misconduct by executives has generally declined.
