The Second Edition of Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts, of which partner Robert L. Haig is Editor-in-Chief, was recently reviewed in the Tulsa Lawyer, the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and The Montana Lawyer. The eight volume, 9,000 page treatise, published by the American Bar Association Litigation Section and Thomson West, features 96 chapters written by 199 principal authors, including 18 federal judges.
