Partner David "Skip" Hartquist was quoted in the American Metal Market article “China holds value as an export market: ATI.” The article features comments from U.S. steel producers on the value of exporting high-end materials to China. Skip, who is counsel to the Specialty Steel Industry of North America, said that, "Commodity material like basic stainless steel (would be) pretty difficult to export to China. High-end products—that's the key (to entering the Chinese market)." He noted a recent victory for U.S. producers after the Chinese imposed anti-dumping duties on U.S. electrical steels in April 2010.
