American Bankruptcy Institute Journal Notes Partner Robert L. LeHane Chapter 11 Presentation

The American Bankruptcy Institute Journal (June 2012) noted partner Robert LeHane as a panelist in a June 5, West LegalEdCenter webinar on handling administratively insolvent estates. The article noted the panel addressed the challenges of cases that do not go as planned, including disgorgement of counsel fees after conversion of an administratively insolvent chapter 11. The publication stated, ​“The panel was the top-rated program at the ABI Winter Leadership Conference in December 2011.” It noted for the June event the panelists reprised their roles and provided updated current developments.
