as one of the “Rising Stars” in environmental law for 2018. Law360
Rising Stars recognizes top legal talent across the United States under the age of 40.
As one of four environmental attorneys honored, Will was selected for achieving wins for client Union Pacific Railroad in complex environmental litigation and serving as go-to counsel to clients on environmental permitting and compliance matters. Earlier in his career, Will was part of the team that helped the state of New Jersey recover more than $355 million in damages in litigation over the contamination of the Passaic River.
