Kelley Drye Recognized With ​“Associate Member of the Year” Award By Industrial Environmental Association

Kelley Drye was recognized as ​“Associate Member of the Year” by the Industrial Environmental Association (“IEA”), a San Diego-based trade association that includes most of the major environmental permit holders in San Diego County. IEA presented the award at the 34th Annual Environmental Conference and Training Symposium, which is co-hosted with the California Manufacturers and Technology Association. Special counsel Andrew Homer, who joined Kelley Drye  in July, accepted the award in front of an audience of more than 500 environmental professionals from industry, government and academia.

Andrew chairs the IEA’s Sustainability Committee. In his remarks, IEA executive director Jack Monger noted that Andrew was instrumental in revitalizing the committee, which meets monthly and tracks key legislation, develops best practices, and hosts regulators for discussions on a broad range of topics to help IEA members improve environmental performance and gain competitive advantage through robust sustainability programs.
