Kelley Drye Earns ​“A-List” Ranking in New BTI Survey of Associates

A new report on associate satisfaction from BTI Consulting places Kelley Drye on the ​“A-List.” The report, BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022: BTI Survey of Law Firms Where Associates are Happiest, is based on a large-scale independent survey with more than 4,000 responses. The report pinpoints and interprets what associates want and value and why. The report further breaks down responses to identify those issues that are most important to women associates. Kelley Drye is ranked in the top 15 percent of the firms that made the list and the report notes that:

• Associates name Kelley Drye Distinguished in activities associates value most in deriving high levels of job satisfaction at law firms, and
• Women associates name Kelley Drye a Leader in activities associates value most in deriving high levels of job satisfaction at law firms.
