The Litigation Outlook 2011 Report by the BTI Consulting Group Inc. lists Kelley Drye as one of 16 national law firms “strongly recommended” for litigation.

Over the past year, BTI conducted 240 interviews to determine the law firms on its litigation list. The analysis included interviews with 18.0% of the Fortune 100 companies, having an average revenue of $14.4 billion and median revenue of $3.1 billion. The researchers interviewed heads and vice presidents of litigation, general counsel and direct reports to general counsel. The interviews included structured and quantitative questions.
