On January 23, 2012, associate Christopher M. Loeffler presented at the WOMM-COM Online Certificate Program - Legal and Regulatory - Keeping Your Brand Talkable Not Liable, presented by the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA). Mr. Loeffler presented the session, "Working Relationships: How to Effectively Manage Social Media Partners." The session discussed helpful tips for building a process to effectively manage a brand's social media partners. It focused on the important role social media partners can play in an effective brand campaign, as well as how to design and implement a process to manage social media partners in order to reduce legal and business risk exposure.
