Partner Robert L. Haig co-chaired a CLE program entitled “Winning Commercial Cases in Federal Courts,” presented by The Center for American and International Law in Texas. The program faculty included seven federal judges; the General Counsel of ExxonMobil Corporation, Southwest Airlines, Blockbuster Entertainment, and Novation, and the Chief Litigation Counsel of Texas Instruments. All program registrants received as the course materials the six-volume treatise Business And Commercial Litigation In Federal Courts. Kelley Drye’s Firm Chairman co-wrote a chapter in the treatise, for which Mr. Haig is the Editor-in-Chief.
