On May 24, 2010, partner David A. Hartquist participated in American Metal Market's Stainless & Specialty Metals Conference in Pittsburgh, PA. It featured a leading faculty of industry leaders and advisors, with representatives from companies such as ATI Allegheny Ludlum, ThyssenKrupp Stainless North America and Koch Industries, as well as private practice attorneys and vendors.

Mr. Hartquist gave a highlight presentation titled “Trade Challenges for Specialty Metals Producers.” His speech covered a range of international trade concerns for the specialty metals industry, including an overview of existing antidumping orders, a discussion on the recession's impact on new trade cases, enforcement of cuban embargo regarding Chinese imports containing cuban nickel, steel armor plate melted in foreign countries, Chinese currency policy and a U.S. World Trade Organization case involving raw materials.
