On March 15, 2014 partner Philip D. Robben moderated the panel “The Regime for Setting Aside Awards,” with a group international experts in the field of arbitration. The panel explored how commerce in India is growing dependent on arbitration as the chief method of settlement of disputes especially at the international level relating to infrastructure projects and the construction industry. The panel addressed how the framework of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 plays into domestic (India) dispute resolution.
