Associate Jameson Dempsey moderated the American Bar Association panel "The FCC's new broadband consumer privacy NPRM: What it means for your client." This program provided the regulatory framework of the proposed rules regarding a framework for ensuring that consumers have the tools they need to make informed choices about how their data is used and when it is shared by their broadband providers. The presentation also described how these rules may affect the broadband landscape.
