On April 29, 2011, of counsel Jodie Z. Bernstein spoke at George Mason Law School. She participated in the Third Annual Attorneys General Education Program Public Policy Conference: Marketing and Public Health.”

This program included a diverse selection of knowledgeable speakers from government, academia and the private sector who gave an objective overview of key issues pertaining to today’s important public health issues. Featured topics included, food marketing, obesity and corrective taxation, off-label marketing of pharmaceuticals and the impact of regulation on consumer incentives and behavior. Ms. Bernstein was a speaker on the panel titled Self Regulation: Does it Work? Can it Work?”
