On October 23, 2014 partner Merrill B. Stone spoke at the Executive Forum sponsored by American Stock Transfer & Trust Company at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, NY. Mr. Stone participated in a panel on Regulatory Developments, discussing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the SEC rules on transfer agents.
