On April 30, 2014 partner Dana B. Rosenfeld spoke at the International Association of Privacy Professionals’ Europe Data Protection Intensive in London, England. Ms. Rosenfeld’s session, “Privacy on the Move,” discussed the key privacy issues affecting mobile advertising, including how ads are delivered and the different privacy and practical issues from other online ad delivery methods. The panel provided an overview of U.S. self-regulatory approaches and how these may be deployed in Europe.
