Partner Barbara Hoey conducted a sexual harassment seminar for Kitano Hotel. The seminar “Guidelines for Promoting a Respectful Workplace” was presented to over 200 Kitano employees. Ms. Hoey’s presentation covered basic concepts of equal employment opportunity law, guidelines and expectations for work place behavior, and the downsides of a non-respectful workplace environment.
