Senior associate Lauren Shah will be presenting on the “PFAS Regulation: Impacts on Litigation Strategies and NRD Claims” panel at the LSI Advanced Natural Resource Damages Seminar in Santa Fe, NM on July 15, 2022. The panel will discuss impacts of Federal action on PFAS (regulation, litigation, infrastructure funds), state actions on PFAS (regulation, litigation), and how hazardous material designation and regulation changes under RCRA, CERCLA, SDWA, and CWA.
