NYSBA Concluding Plenary Session

On May 13, 2011, partner Robert L. Haig moderated the Concluding Plenary Session of the New York State Bar Association International Section Global Law Week. That session is entitled “New York Law As an International Standard: Report on the Work of the NYSBA Task Force on New York Law in International Matters”. Mr. Haig is a member of the NYSBA Task Force which has issued a report proposing ways to promote the use of New York law as the governing law in international agreements and to encourage parties to use New York as a forum for resolution of international disputes.
