On October 3, 2011, partner Alysa Z. Hutnik spoke at Gamer Technology Law, a two-day conference hosted by Law Seminars International. The event featured leading attorneys and business leaders who discussed important new trends and cutting-edge business and legal issues in the interactive entertainment field. In her session, “Mobile and Handheld Device Gaming,” Ms. Hutnik discussed how lawyers should navigate this industry as technology evolves, including issues arising from the use of location and other personal information associated with mobile devices, and in-app purchases.
