On May 3, 2018, partner Sarah Cronin will be moderating a panel at the 31st Annual Media and the Law Seminar. The panel, titled “Media Insurance 101,” will discuss what every attorney needs to know to defend an insured client, including navigating the tripartite relationship, selection of counsel, settlement and more. The panel is co-sponsored by the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s (TIPS) Media, Privacy and Advertising Law Committee.  The conference will be held May 3-4, 2018 at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel in Kansas City, MO, and is being presented in conjunction with the University Of Kansas School of Law.

Sarah also serves as the Chair-Elect of the ABA TIPS Media, Privacy and Advertising Law Committee.
