The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) held the first of a monthly series for digital marketing executives on April 29, 2009, at the DMA Seminar Center in New York, NY. Associate Gonzalo E. Mon spoke during a panel titled, "Legal Do’s and Don’ts with Mobile Marketing Campaigns." The panel discussed how to stay abreast of the developing laws associated with mobile campaigns. This series serves as source for digital marketing executives to become updated with the trends of mobile marketing and how direct marketers are using and monetizing it.
