Kelley Drye Sponsors George W. Crawford Black Bar Association Event

Kelley Drye sponsored the George W. Crawford Black Bar Association (Crawford) annual dinner, held at the Society Room in Hartford, Connecticut.

Formed in 1977, Crawford is a volunteer state-wide organization with a membership consisting of attorneys, state and federal jurists and law students in the state of Connecticut.

Crawford conferred its Visionary Award on former Connecticut State Senator Sanford Cloud, and its Trailblazer Award on the associate general counsel of United Technologies Corp., Reginald R. Paige, Sr. Mr. Cloud and Mr. Paige were recognized for their stellar contributions to the legal field, internationally and locally. In poignant acceptance speeches, the award recipients shared their experiences as philanthropists, human rights activists and lifelong contributors to their communities.
