On October 20, 2017, the Puerto Rican Bar Association (PRBA) celebrated its Diamond Jubilee “60 Years of Public Service to the Legal Community and Public” with a Gala event at Chelsea Piers in New York. Kelley Drye was among the honorees, with partner Robert Haig receiving the “Law Firm Diversity Leadership Award.” Other honorees included the New York State Court of Appeals, Macy’s, the CUNY Board of Trustees and Ambassador Mari Carmen Aponte. Attending the event on behalf of the firm were partners Robert Haig and Neil Merkl.
