On July 13, 2011, partner Christie Grymes Thompson moderated the American Bar Association June 2011 Consumer Protection Update, hosted by the Consumer Protection, Corporate Counseling, and Private Advertising Litigation Committees within the Section of Antitrust. The telephonic update summarized the significant developments in consumer protection law that occurred during June 2011. The presentation covered cases, settlements, and other initiatives at the federal and state levels, as well as consumer class actions, Lanham Act litigation, and National Advertising Division case decisions.
