Joint Ventures/Teaming Agreements

On July 27, 2012 partner Allan Weiner and associate Aaron Rosenfeld spoke at the Government Contracting Breakfast seminar hosted by The Greater Washington Society of CPAs in Vienna, VA.  Mr. Weiner and Mr. Rosenfeld discussed best practices for government contractors to negotiate and enter into confidentiality agreements, term sheets and, ultimately, joint ventures and teaming agreements.
