Senior associate Ken D. Kronstadt was a guest on West LegalEdcenter’s webinar “Insurance Coverage for Social Engineering Fraud,” where he discussed recent court decisions involving companies that were victims of social engineering fraud – a broad category of fraudulent schemes used to deceive people into giving out confidential information – and whether these companies were able to obtain insurance coverage for losses sustained.

Ken also addressed insurance coverage for social engineering fraud and what policy language policyholder should seek out – and avoid – and what policyholders can do to protect themselves from losses resulting from social engineering fraud, from both a practical and a risk management perspective.
