On May 6, Marc Firestone, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Philip Morris International and Chair of the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession (IILP), visited the Kelley Drye New York office for a breakfast meeting to discuss the work of the Institute. Founded almost four years ago, the ILLP offers an innovative perspective to legal diversity and inclusion efforts, focusing on collaborative and practical strategies. The IILP is concerned not only with law firm diversity, but diversity in the broader legal profession and uses an analytical and cooperative approach in its work. Kelley Drye is an allied partner of the Institute.
