On April 15, partner Robert L. Haig moderated the American Bar Association CLE program entitled “How to Maximize the Value and Reduce the Cost of Corporate Legal Services - A View from the Top” at the ABA Business Law Section’s Spring Meeting in Boston. Mr. Haig also served as the chair of the program and recruited the 12 panelists who are all General Counsel of major corporations. The panelists discussed the challenges and pressures that in-house counsel now face and how outside counsel can implement practices and procedures that build strong client relationships while enhancing their corporate clients’ bottom line.
