On February 6, 2016, Sarah L. Cronin spoke at the American Bar Association’s 21st Annual Forum on Communication Law Conference in Naples, FL. Ms. Cronin was on the panel, “Hot Topics in Social Media,” discussing new developments in social media, such as various rights issues related to third party use of material found on social media, native advertising, employer-employee issues and more.

The conference, which is geared toward communications lawyers, highlighted other topics including Anti-SLAPP and other legislation updates in the media and entertainment arena.
