On April 6, 2014 associate Donnelly McDowell spoke at the Grocery Manufacturers Association Science Forum in Washington, D.C. His session, “Health/Wellbeing: Regulatory Routes for New Products and Claims” introduced the new regulatory alternatives and information on the pros and cons of these different options for bringing new products to the market, and also addressed lessons learned from enforcement actions.
