The event, underwritten in part by Kelley Drye, took place on February 11, 2010, in Chicago. Mr. Solotorovsky participated in a panel titled From Black To Blago: Examining the Powerful Prosecutorial Tool - Honest and Faithful Services Requirement.” The panel focused on how the honest services” law is applied to corporations and their directors and officers.
