From Black To Blago: Examining the Powerful Prosecutorial Tool - Honest and Faithful Services Requirement

Partner Julian Solotorovsky participated in Law Bulletin Seminars’ annual White Collar Crime and Corporate Governance conference. The event, underwritten in part by Kelley Drye, took place on February 11, 2010, in Chicago. Mr. Solotorovsky participated in a panel titled ​“From Black To Blago: Examining the Powerful Prosecutorial Tool - Honest and Faithful Services Requirement.” The panel focused on how the ​“honest services” law is applied to corporations and their directors and officers. Panelists offered guidance on how to prepare for an ​“honest services” claim.
