On February 13, 2014 associate Grace W. Kim spoke at the Food and Drug Law Institute's Food Week 2014. Ms. Kim was part of a panel titled "FSVP and Other Proposed Rules Under FSMA," which discussed regulations for the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP), which is a key component of the Food Safety Modernization Act. Ms. Kim provided an overview of importing food into the U.S., custom requirements and how FMSA might change current food importation requirements.
