On July 30, 2013, special counsel Wayne J. D’Angelo spoke at Law Seminars International’s two-day conference entitled “Environmental Regulation and Hydraulic Fracturing in California.” The conference covered all aspects of hydraulic fracturing policy and legal issues, including in-depth information about oil and gas exploration and production in California’s Monterey Shale. Mr. D’Angelo’s talk, entitled “New Developments in Federal Regulations,” covered the regulatory authority of several U.S. governmental agencies and how they intersect with state regulatory bodies.
