Partners Barbara E. Hoey presented “Employment Law from A to Z” for Lorman Education Services. The seminar was designed for human resources managers, payroll professionals, operations managers, presidents, vice presidents, supervisors, managers, controllers, accountants and attorneys. The seminar reviewed personnel policies, including union organizing issues. Also discussed was how to handle complaints of harassment and the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York labor law. This seminar took place in White Plains, New York and in New York City.
