Special Counsel August Horvath was a session chair and moderator at the 58th Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, April 21 - 23, 2010 in Washington, D.C. The conference was a comprehensive review of developments in antitrust and consumer protection law. The meeting addressed antitrust and consumer protection issues, featuring a faculty that included leading antitrust lawyers from the U.S. and non-U.S. enforcement agencies, corporate law departments and law firms, as well as economists and academics.

Mr. Horvath's session was titled " Economics and Consumer Protection Law." The session discussed the relationship between economics and consumer protection law, and also addressed developments in economic theory and the increasing economic sophistication among consumer protection enforcers and practitioners.
