Frulla participated in a CLE Event titled “Do You Play to Play?Practical & Ethical Issues Your Clients Need To Know To ProtectThemselves From Government Prosecution.” Mr. Frulla is a faculty member ofthe event. The program discussed a range of requirements applicableto companies regarding contacts with federal, state, county, and citygovernment officials and employees. The presentation touched onnew rules and requirements applicable to the financial andpharmaceutical industries, in particular the often-strict limits, ifnot prohibitions, on certain gifts and political contributions.
