Frulla participated in a CLE Event titled Do You Play to Play?Practical & Ethical Issues Your Clients Need To Know To ProtectThemselves From Government Prosecution.” Mr. Frulla is a faculty member ofthe event. The program discussed a range of requirements applicableto companies regarding contacts with federal, state, county, and citygovernment officials and employees. The presentation touched onnew rules and requirements applicable to the financial andpharmaceutical industries, in particular the often-strict limits, ifnot prohibitions, on certain gifts and political contributions.

The New York City Bar hosted the event on June 08, 2010 from 6:00 pmto 9:00 pm. The event was held at 42 West 44th Street in New York. Members of the New York City Bar Association are eligible toreceived discounted registration rates. Member registration for thelive program costs $235. For non-member, the fee is $345. The liveprogram included materials. Walk-in registration is $260 for membersand $375 for non-members, materials also included.
