On July 31, 2014 partner Barbara E. Hoey will speak at the American Conference Institute’s 6th Annual Forum on Defending and Managing Employment Discrimination and Litigation. The conference focuses on the significant changes to employment legislation and employment rights and responsibilities as discrimination litigation remains on the rise. It includes a mix of speakers including in-house counsel, federal and state judges and leading outside counsel from around the nation.
