On June 5, 2012, of counsel Jodie Z. Bernstein moderated the panel discussion "Defining 'Abusive' in 'Abusive Practices.'" The discussion is part of the AGEP Policy Institute program focusing on financial services regulation, which addressed topics such as the economics of financial consumer protection, regulatory cost/benefit analysis with applications under Dodd-Frank, mobile/online privacy and security, and the framing of regulatory policy for the financial services industry. The panel that Ms. Bernstein moderated included: Frank M. Sallinger, general counsel for the Card Coalition; Andrew J. Pincus, partner at Mayer Brown; and, Arthur E. Wilmarth, Jr., professor of law at The George Washington University Law School and executive director of Center for Law, Economics and Finance.
