On March 1, 2013, partner Michael J. Coursey spoke at the Georgetown Law 2013 International Trade Update. The agenda concerned itself with the past year in international trade, analyzing lessons learned and pitfalls avoided, and also predictions for 2013. Mr. Coursey was a panelist during the session, Customs Bonding Process: Bonding and Enforcement of Bonds,” which examined what bonds are and explained why bonds are required.
