Senior Associate Kristi Wolff participated in the “Cosmetics Claims: Origin and Composition, Natural, and Fragrance Free” webinar for The Food and Drug Law Institute. Ms. Wolff discussed the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) and the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) requirements and recent enforcement actions relating to origin and composition, natural, and vegan claims; and the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Safer Choice Program, which addresses fragrance-free claims.
