Copyright Infringement Litigation

Partner Andrea L. Calvaruso spoke on January 25, 2012 at the Law Clerks Seminar 2011-2012 presented by the Copyright & Literary Property Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Ms. Calvaruso’s presentation was an introduction to the principles of copyright infringement litigation. The seminar was presented for the benefit of law clerks to judges in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit.
